This works great for me. I first started using this a few years back for various meetings I had to attend. I now use it for watching TV at night so I don’t disturb my neighbors in our apartment building. For those of you who are complaining about sound quality, buy a better headset. Yes, it does pick up every sound in the room. It’s an Amplifier people. The only time I ever had a problem was with a unit that had a faulty switch, and the company replaced it free of charge. I think there are too many people who are expecting something for nothing. This is a very affordable solution for those of us without the resources to get high tech hearing aids that filter out background noise(0 an ear for the good ones). I’m very happy with this …it does what I want it to do.
