This phone is great! Instead of making people repeat things over and over to me, I can hear and understand them clearly the first time, even when they are using cordless phones or cell phones in need of recharging or speaker phones! The sound is so much clearer, with no distortion, static, and an adjustment on the tone, that I need only minimal amplification. The screen and buttons are very easy to read, even without glasses. I did not need all the features, but they are nice to have. The main thing is that I can hear and understand what others are saying on the telephone again!
