Good Hearing aids run 995 to 3K each… they are directional – they can be worn on your head and are nearly invisible… a Bose large to be worn 18/7… hearing aids run on a battery usually 10 days.. a hearing aid “thinks” tracking speech in real time… not a recording. Many aids talk to each other… supporting better stereo as pairs to improve your signal to noise ratio. Bose is great stuff… love my CD player and home stereo. Heard the guitar system. Its not the same job as a hearing aid.
