    Nexear Digital Hearing Aids

At one time, yes. Hearing aids were difficult to use and adjust. But in the last 10 years they’ve advanced to perfection. If you need one, and get it, with today’s technology, you’ll wonder why you waited so long.

I think it depends on a lot of things, like what kind of hearing loss you have.

My dad got a hearing aid and let me put it on and listen through it. He could hear alright but he couldn’t hear the high frequencies, so when people spoke he couldn’t understand them. The hearing aid had a lot of treble to make up for what he couldn’t hear. Nothing like a telephone! It really helped him a lot!

When they fit you for a hearing aid they test your hearing to see what frequencies you can’t hear and make the hearing aid to boost those frequencies.

If you have two hearing aids, then you hear in stereo. Or if your hearing is only damaged in one ear and you can hear okay through the other ear, then with the hearing aid you hear in stereo.
