I am ordering the left ear today. Do not know why it is more expensive. I do know I needed them both and thought I would try the right ear. It came quickly and I am astonished at what I can hear and cannot wait to get the left ear. Sure beats the 00.00 I was quoted by an audiologist for the same or similar equpment. Do your family,clients and friends a favor and get over your vanity. The only people that know I am wearing an aid are the ones that notice I do not say “what” ‘huh” and answer them correctly. Great to hear the crickets birds and other new sounds that I have missed for years. Cannot wait until hunting season when I can hear movement in the woods again.

This is my fourth hearing aid, having had a few mishaps in the past. However, this one is far and away the best of all of them. The sound is excellent and though the battery is smaller that the others I have encountered, it still lasts about a week.
My hearing is terrible when there is background noise and this works very well, amplifying close by sounds, especially voices so I can hear them clearly instead of constantly asking people to repeat what they said.
It also has a small tag which helps to pull the hearing aid out of your ear which is pretty handy. I wholeheartedly recommend this product, especially to those like me who cannot hear well when in an environment with a noisy background!

This hearing aid is almost as good as the one I spent 50.00 on. It amplifies everything, not just the lower range. I use my 50.00 in my left ear which is the worst one. Got two of these to try out for my marginal hearing loss because I didn’t want to be ripped off for thousands of dollars by the charlatans who pose as “audiologists.” You know the ones who run slick “free trial” ads that aren’t free at all – and then push outrageously overpriced electric ears on people who often can ill afford them – even though they may truly need hearing help. If I had been desperate and more hearing impaired, would have kept them and used them as needed. I sent them back, because of feedback problems – but I suspect that many folks would find them useful in spite of feedback and some other issues. I give them four stars because they’re just about the only “value” out there in the hearing aid jungle of scams run by “audiologists.” I will probably take the plunge and order the Siemens aids that Amazon sells at some point.
